Liam Carey is a master hairstylist, educator, and creative with over 25 years of experience in both hair cutting and hair coloring. Trained in San Francisco and New York City, Liam built his foundation through intensive precision training inspired by Vidal Sassoon methodology, while continuing to evolve his craft through editorial work, fashion, education, and luxury salon leadership.

Throughout his career, Liam has worked alongside some of New York’s most respected celebrity and editorial stylists, contributing to fashion shows, on-set shoots, and working with high-profile clientele. His experience behind the chair, backstage, and in education has shaped a style that blends technical precision with effortless, modern beauty.

Based between Charlotte and New York City, Liam believes great hair should feel elevated, wearable, and natural. Whether creating a precision haircut, dimensional blonde, rich brunette, or lived-in color, his goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident—not only the day they leave the salon, but throughout every stage of their hair journey.
