CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment; in the event that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, We will kindly ask you to pay 50% of the service that was missed.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.

PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of the current health climate, all sales are final during this time unless there was a quality problem with a product at the time of purchase.
